Week6. How can we manage our social media-based websites ?

During the WEB 2.0 class, I have got a lot of web 2.0 tools.
I have all signed up those tools.

Now I remember a few names of them. That means that I totally forgot or do not use some tools.
Do you guys remember those web 2.0 tools all?

One of the most important thing about Web2.0 world is to keep using them.
I cannot manage and keep using them all. What's the problem?

Although emailing occasionally give me notifications,
I feel that there are too much to keep tracking all tools where I have signed up.

Yes, I do not need to manage all web2.0 tools.
I am more active on web2.0 than before, but I am worried.
After finishing this class, I might be likely to become passive again.

We have known a lot of web 2.0 tools for formal/informal learning.
How much frequently do you guys use them after this class?
They are rapidly changing and evolving.
We need to keep following the trends.

What I need to do now is to come up with a method to manage web2.0 tools for my world.
Can I become an enthusiast on web2.0 after the end of the class?

  1. Hey Tang,
I agree with you- some of the tools I signed up for this semester I have already stopped using. I think that just means it's not meeting a need I have- either professionally or personally. But there are others tools this semester I use everyday, so it's just a selection process- there is no way we could possibly keep up with every Web 2.0 tool out there so it's only natural we select a few that are best for us and continue to use those. Enjoy a little break before Fall semester starts!

    1. Hi Erin!
Today I realize that Scoop.it can be my major web2.0 tool to keep updating my personal & professional development!
Scoop.it's database is really really huge!
In my web2.0 world, Scoop.it finally survives!
