This is an application to share "locations" we have visited.
We can rate the places.
I downloaded Foursquare to my iPhone from Apple Appstore.
Anyway, I launched the downloaded app.
Its interface is so intuitive.
It was not hard to get familiar with how I can use this app. It's so simple.
What I was surprised again is that there are a couple of my friends who are using Foursquare!!
I am an outdated person!!!! OMG!!!
I am living in McCollum Hall. Interestingly, some people left comments on McCollum page!!

In addition, I found him!! Andrew!!
Actually, he is not my friend. But I know him. He was a tutor in Reading-Writing Center.
I have got English revision service from him. That's surprising !!

ReplyDeleteThis looks like a pretty cool application- I don't think I can use it since I don't have the Iphone. I'm thinking about why this is a Web 2.0 tool- is it just because you can share with others where you are or is there more to it, like can others immediately see your rating of a place that you are? I've never used this app so I'm just curious!

However people in Tally are not active in using this app.

ReplyDeleteI wrote about this application too. I went to download it and found it a little overwhelming so I did some research on its uses and benefits first. Check out my blog and you'll see that you can become a mayor of a space you frequent the most, maybe even McCollum Hall!
